The Pearblossom Rutal Town Council elections were held on July 11, 2018. The PRTC was sworn in on July 18, 2018 by Charles Bostwick, Deputy Supervisor to Kathryn Barger, 5th District Supervisor, Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

Pearblossom Highway Rebuild Project
The project will begin in Sept. with an expected completion date in fall 2020. The $13.5 million dollar construction costs are being funded by the County of Los Angeles, Measure M, Measure R, RMRA (SB-1), and gas taxes.
11/27/19 Update: Deadline to submit comments on Lake LA, Littlerock, Pearblossom, and Sun Village Concept Drafts ended on November 27, 2019.
10/08/19 Update: This project will create or update local zoning regulations for Pearblossom and many other communities within unincorporated Antelope Valley. Concept Drafts have been released for the following communities (click town names for special location information):
